SPP Review 
The State Planning Policy (SPP) influences how we proceed with development across the state. Last year approximately 14,000 new lots were approved in Queensland. Many of them requires some form of Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD). Water by Design (WbD) were given the task by the Department of Environment and Science (DES) to review the SPP and look for ways to improve WSUD practice. Our introductory module outlines the basic SPP concepts.
